I have had a wonderful holiday, we found an amazing cake shop and after every meal out instead of having dessert we went to the cake shop and sat on their terrace and had the most fantastic cakes with lashings of cream. Watch this space, when I have time to experiment I intend to recreate some of the delicious cakes we had on holiday.

Anyway I have been home for exactly one week and the holiday is already a distant memory, there was no easing gently back into work. I have been baking and decorating none stop since my return.
